Lee Anderson has been left speechless after a GB News guest leapt to the defence of "intelligent and capable" David Lammy.

Discussing the state of Britain's prison system on his show Lee Anderson's Real World, the GB News presenter was left with his head in his hands as commentator Benjamin Butterworth praised the Deputy Prime Minister.
